By downloading, installing, or using any Mastermind Games application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use License

Mastermind Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our applications on your personal mobile device
• Use the applications for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features and content as made available through the applications

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the applications
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the applications
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the applications
• Use the applications for any commercial purpose without our written consent

3. User Accounts

Some features of our apps may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and game elements — are owned by Mastermind Games and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the applications is immediately revoked
• You must cease all use of the Services
• Any provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

You may also request account deletion at any time through our Delete Account page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mastermind Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or system failure
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Services

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
